Follow these steps to download and install Adobe Shockwave Player and then enable Shockwave Player in your browser.
Note:
Effective April 9, 2019, Adobe Shockwave will be discontinued and the Shockwave player for Windows will no longer be available for download. Companies with existing Enterprise licenses for Adobe Shockwave will continue to receive support until the end of their current contracts. Adobe continues to offer a rich set of content creation tools through Creative Cloud, including Adobe Animate CC for authoring interactive content for multiple platforms, such HTML5 Canvas, WebGL, Flash/Adobe AIR, and others.
Adobe plans to prompt users and ask them to uninstall Flash Player from their computers by the end of the year when the software is scheduled to reach End-Of-Life (EOL), on December 31, 2020. 1. Check if Shockwave Player is installed on your computer
2. Download the latest version of Shockwave Player
If you don't have the latest version, download it here: Adobe Shockwave Player download
3. Install Shockwave Player
After you download Shockwave Player, follow the installation instructions that appear on the download page.
Note:
(Windows 8 only) Ensure that you run the browser in Desktop mode to install and enable Shockwave Player.

4. Enable Shockwave Player in your browser

5. Verify if Shockwave Player is installed

- Click the Websites tab and scroll down to the Plug-ins section. Locate the Adobe Flash Player entry.
- Select a setting to use for Flash Player when you visit other websites.
- You can configure Flash for individual websites (domains). Select a website listed in this window, and choose Ask, Off, or On.
- Exit Preferences after you finish configuring Flash Player.

- Click the Security tab. Ensure that Enable JavaScript and Allow Plug-ins are selected. Click Plug-in Settings.
- From the When visiting other websites menu, choose On, and then click Done.
